Please Note: A two-night minimum stay is required for Winter and Summer weekends, and for all dates in the Fall season. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations. If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival, a fee of one nights room rate and tax will be charged to the credit card provided. In addition, guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to a fee equal to one nights roomrate and tax. During the Christmas, Martin Luther King and February Presidents Week holiday periods a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and a thirty-day cancellation policy applies.

Lodging Information

Daily rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy, European Plan (no meals included).

Classic and Deluxe Rooms with two beds have a maximum occupancy of four guests.

A nightly 6% resort fee and 10% (or current rate) Vermont rooms tax are applicable to all rates.

Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
