We feel that your Wedding is one of the most
important days of your lives together. It is the start of many
memorable events. We would like to help you in making this day
special. For receptions up to 120 guests the Green Mountain
Inn combines professionalism with a welcoming and friendly staff.
Request for Information
We have put together a Wedding Packet that will answer your intitial
questions and hopefully encourage you to call us for a tour
of both our wedding reception facilities as well as our beautifully
appointed rooms. This information is available through the
mail or via PDF download. Please fill out the Request
for Information form. We will respond to your request
immediately.
Site Visits
You are welcome to visit the Green Mountain Inn at anytime. If
you would like a tour please call 802-253-4400 ext. 601.

If you don't see a menu that fits your wedding or rehearsal dinner,
our talented Executive Chef can help tailor one that is unique
to you!
Table Linens
For your reception the Green Mountain Inn will provide crisp
Ivory colored linen at no additional charge. Other colors are
available if ordered well in advance, a surcharge may apply.
Fees
Pricing for our banquet menus is available by requesting
a wedding packet. Additionally, the packet outlines any additional charges
that may apply for additional bar set-ups, etc. Our Main
Street Dining Room and other function areas combined can accommodate
parties of two to 120. Please be advised that food minimums
and room rental fees may apply for the use of this space on
a private basis. Please inquire with the Event Coordinator
for more details.
Reserving Space & Deposits
We want to encourage you to inform us of your decision as quickly
as possible in order to secure the space. Upon verbal confirmation
a contract will be sent to you for your review. Event deposits
vary depending on the size of your party and time of the year.
Your advance deposit will be refunded entirely
within one week following your event, unless there has been
damage assessed to any area of the property and/or lost revenue
due to noise complaints from other guests during your group's
stay. We reserve the
right to retain any portion of your advance deposit, and charge
additional fees if necessary, in the event of property damange
and/or lost revenue.
Room Blocks for your Wedding Guests
Accommodations may be blocked for guests attending a deposited function at
the Inn, based on
availability. At times, we may offer a small block of rooms for a group with
an off-site event. Discounts and the number of guest rooms that may be reserved
in a block are at our discretion, based on several factors. Discounts are not
typically offered during fall foliage, holiday periods and certain peak weekends.
Should you request to reserve a block of rooms, a separate agreement and deposit
will be required. A $500.00 advance deposit is required to hold a block of
rooms if you are not hosting a private function at the Inn. If 50% of the room
block is reserved by the wedding party or individuals by the release date,
this deposit will be refunded in full; if 50% of the room block is not reserved,
the advance deposit will be forfeited in full. On the release date, all rooms
not confirmed in the block will be released back to hotel inventory.
