Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation
(110 minutes)
Utilizing a state-of-the-art computer program, a staff of personal trainers
and exercise specialists give you a series of tests, including aerobic
capacity, body fat assessment, flexibility, and strength and endurance
levels. Your fitness specialist analyzes the results and makes suggestions
for improvement. Proper exercise techniques can be viewed on the computer
screen to demonstrate effective workout routines.
Gentlemen’s Mountain Herbal Facial

Designed for men, this facial is the ultimate refuge from stress, leaving
the skin revived and your mind refreshed. In addition to a deep cleansing
