DAILY RATE NOTES:
RATES - The daily rates above are listed per room,
per night based on double occupancy, European Plan (no meals included). A
6% service charge and 10% Vermont state rooms tax are applicable
to all daily rates. Additional person(s)
in room: $25++ per person, per night; singles deduct $10.00 per
night; children 12 and under stay free
in the same room with their parents (adhering to maximum occupancy
for room type). Continental and full breakfast plans are available
(Continental Breakfast Buffet - $7.95; Full
Breakfast Buffet -
$11.95, plus tax & service). Meal plan and tax rates are subject
to change.
Check-in
time is 3:00 pm / Check-out time is 11:00 am.

18 - 20, 2008; February 15 - 23, 2008; May 24 - 25, 2008; July
4 - 5, 2008; August 30 - September 1, 2008; October 10 - 12,
2008; November 26 - 28, 2008; December 19, 2008 - January
3, 2009.
MINIMUM
STAYS - A two night minimum stay is required
for summer & winter
weekends, foliage periods and holidays on all accommodations.
The two night minimum applies year round for rental of
our Mansfield Apartments, Sterling and
Pinnacle Suites,
and on The Depot Street Townhouses. A four night
minimum is required for all of our accommodations during
our Christmas Holiday period.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
POLICY - A credit
card is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations.
If a reservation is cancelled or altered inside of 14 days
prior to arrival, a fee of one night's room rate and tax
will be charged to the credit card provided. In addition,
guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure date
are subject to a fee equal to one night's room rate and
tax. During the Christmas , Martin Luther King and
February holiday periods a 50% deposit is required at the
time of booking and a thirty-day cancellation policy applies.
