roast duck, melted Brie and sliced apple in a crisp tortilla with port wine reduction and cherry chutney

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
locally grown organic squash, spice poached pear, Cabot Creamery Cheddar and sage crouton

Lobster Bisque
Maine lobster, Cognac, basil, and sherry-cream

Wild Mushroom Ravioli
handmade ravioli, fennel-leek broth, fresh herbs, tomato concassé, white truffle oil and asiago cheese

Roasted Oysters
Malpeque oysters, spinach, lemon-tarragon butter, Pernod and seasoned bread crumbs

Salad

baby field greens, Champagne vinaigrette, grapes, dried cranberries, roasted walnuts and shaved Vermont grown carrots

Beef Wellington
filet mignon, mushroom duxelles, puff pastry, port wine sauce, truffle scented whipped potatoes and haricots verts

Roast Cornish Game Hen
roasted game hen, cranberry-thyme glaze, apple-sage stuffing, wild rice pilaf and fresh vegetables

Pan-Seared Red Snapper Filet
pecan-corn bread crust, orange-ginger sauce, avocado and crab salad, coconut rice and fresh vegetables

New Zealand Rack of Lamb
with Dijon-herb crust, ratatouille, roasted Vermont fingerling potatoes, balsamic mint reduction and rosemary oil

Wild Mushroom, Spinach and Vermont Cheddar Strudel
porcini, portobella, shiitake and oyster mushrooms, baby spinach and Grafton Village one year old Cheddar; served with a roasted red pepper coulis, herb couscous and fresh vegetables

Chocolate Decadence
A flourless chocolate cake served with mousse au chocolate,
blackberry and caramel sauces and fresh fruit garnish.

$89.00 per adult
Tax and gratuity not included. Children are welcome,
but no children's menu is available.

An 18% gratuity will be added to your final food and beverage bill.
This gratuity will cover all staff involved in making your New Year's celebration special. If you prefer to determine your own gratuity, please inform your server.

Reservations are required.
A $100.00 deposit is required per party for non Green Mountain Inn guests.
Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of deposit.
